My thanks to colleagues and friends Massimo Lanza and Alberto Macci for the invitation to speak at the course "Lymphology: State of the Art," held in Moncrivello on June 6, 2026. It was an opportunity to discuss and exchange new perspectives on the diagnosis, evaluation, organization, and types of treatment for lymphedema and lipedema. It was also an opportunity to meet and listen to old and new friends.
